Your information package will contain the following items:

1. Instructions for completing the package;
2. Draw Down account terms;
3. Instructions for completing Security forms;
4. Outline of the Security Representative Role;
5. Draw Down Account application form;
6. Security forms to receive a unique ID and password.
   The ID and password are issued by IBM, 501-1445 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg MB R3G 3P4.
